Overview

As a Software Configuration Specialist at WorkForce Software, you will be responsible for creating, documenting, and improving processes related to configuring data sets, ensuring that our software products meet the needs of our clients.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in software product configuration.
• Experience with version control systems.
• Understanding of Agile methodologies.
• Knowledge of HR, Payroll, or Time & Attendance systems.
• Detail-oriented with a technical mindset.
• Ability to design, test, and maintain software products.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong proficiency in MS Office tools.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with the Product Development Lifecycle.
• Experience with MSSQL and writing queries.
• Knowledge of programming languages like Java, JavaScript, C, C#, C++.
