Overview

The Senior Engagement Manager will lead and manage mid to large deployments of Workday's cloud solutions, ensuring projects are delivered effectively and within budget while supporting executive expectations.

Requirements

• 3+ years of project management experience.
• Experience with HCM, Payroll, Financial implementations.
• Consulting experience with enterprise software.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to travel up to 50%.
• Knowledge of cloud-based applications.
• Business development skills.
• Experience with major systems integrators is a plus.
• Solid grasp of business areas like HR and Payroll.
• Previous service sales experience is a plus.
