AI/ML Engineer - Remote

Overview

We are looking for an exceptional AI/ML Engineer to join our growing team. Your primary focus will be on developing and maintaining sophisticated AI agents and generative AI applications. While the core of the role is backend AI development, experience with full-stack technologies will be a plus.

In Short

• Design and build scalable, reliable AI agents and generative AI systems using Python and modern LLM frameworks.
• Create and optimize APIs (REST/GraphQL) to integrate AI capabilities with various enterprise systems and LLM providers.
• Design and manage data pipelines and vector databases to support complex AI application requirements.
• Utilize cloud technologies and containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes to ensure scalable and efficient AI infrastructure.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 3+ years in backend software development using modern programming languages (e.g., Python (strongly preferred!), Golang or Java).
• 2+ years in ML/AI development with strong proficiency in Python.
• Experience with LLM frameworks, vector databases, and API development.
• Experience with prompt engineering and AI agent architectures.
• Knowledge of RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation) patterns.
• Familiarity with both SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Understanding of distributed systems, microservices architecture, and cloud-native development principles.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes, or similar tools).
• Familiarity with any search engine technology is a plus (Elasticsearch, Solr, or similar).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
