Intern, Product Management - Remote

Overview

This internship is ideal for someone who’s creative, highly organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about customer experience, enterprise strategy, and event storytelling. You’ll play a key role in ideating, organizing, and operationalizing a high-impact initiative from the ground up.

In Short

• Assist in launching a new executive customer program.
• Define brand, structure, and experience of the Enterprise Forum/Exchange.
• Research best practices for peer networking events.
• Support logistics for virtual and in-person sessions.
• Help craft themes, narratives, and agendas.
• Coordinate across marketing, sales, and executive teams.
• Assist in defining product requirements based on customer insights.
• Analyze product usage and adoption data.
• Engage with customers to understand their needs.
• Proficiency with productivity and collaboration tools.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field.
• Passion for customer experience and enterprise innovation.
• Excellent written communication and creative thinking skills.
• Strong project management skills.
• Proactive attitude.
• Interest in SaaS or enterprise technology is a bonus.
• Familiarity with product management and user research is nice to have.
• Comfortable working with qualitative and quantitative data.
