Senior Business Systems Analyst (HRIS) - Remote

Overview

We are looking for an exceptional Sr. Business System Analyst (HRIS) to join our growing team. In this role, you will work closely with the internal Business Technology (BT), Payroll and Human Resources (HR) teams to implement, administer, and optimize our new HRIS platform (potentially Workday / UKG / Success Factors).

In Short

• Co-lead and execute the implementation, configuration, and ongoing administration of our new HRIS platform.
• Configure and maintain US payroll processes within the HRIS system.
• Implement and integrate international payroll services with our HRIS platform.
• Establish and document international payroll interfaces.
• Analyze current HR and payroll processes to identify opportunities for automation.
• Build, test, and deploy internal applications.
• Serve as the primary liaison between HR, global Payroll teams, and Business Technology.
• Document processes, configurations, and integrations.
• Create comprehensive reporting and analytics capabilities.
• Maintain and continuously improve our global HR and payroll data ecosystem.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business IT, Information Systems Management, Computer Science, or related field.
• 5-7 years of business systems experience focused on HRIS platforms.
• Strong knowledge of US payroll processing and compliance requirements.
• Experience implementing and integrating international payroll services.
• Understanding of global payroll requirements.
• Experience with full lifecycle HRIS implementations.
• Demonstrated experience in HR and payroll process improvement.
