Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Executive to join our growing Commercial sales team. This team will play a pivotal role in driving new logo acquisition through outbound efforts, as well as leading customer expansion initiatives through strategic engagement and relationship-building.

In Short

  • Responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities.
  • Expand existing customer base by identifying growth opportunities.
  • Work closely with marketing and leadership to generate qualified opportunities.
  • Manage opportunities to close using Workato Selling System and MEDDPICC.
  • Lead the end-to-end sales process from initial contact to negotiation and close.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and customer needs.
  • Track all activities and opportunities within Salesforce.
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders in current accounts.
  • Identify opportunities for renewals and upselling.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets for new customer acquisition and account expansion.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of sales experience in B2B sales, preferably in a SaaS or integrations technology-related field.
  • Strong outbound prospecting and lead generation abilities.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build rapport and trust quickly with customers and stakeholders.
  • Analytical mindset to leverage data for decision-making.
