In this role, you will be leading the growing Product Engineering group at Wordly responsible for delivering high quality and scalable translation and translation-adjacent features to our end users.

Requirements

• 7+ years of hands-on software development experience.
• 3+ years of experience in an engineering management role.
• Experience in staffing and managing development teams.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to work with teams in varying timezones.
• Comfortable working in a fully remote environment.
