Overview

As the Director of Production Engineering, you will lead the front-line teams responsible for delivering mission-critical NOC, SRE, and ITIL production services, driving initiatives to enhance operational competencies.

• Lead a globally distributed team of 15+ technical teammates.
• Provide 24/7 services for NOC and SRE.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a leadership role within the MSP or Infrastructure-as-a-Service industry.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience in cloud-scale data center systems.
• Experience managing mission-critical operations.
• Passion for process improvement and project management.
• 6+ years of management experience, with at least 3 years at the Director level.
• 5+ years of hands-on technical experience.
• Six-Sigma training/certification a plus.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally.
