Overview

As a Director of Engineering at Vanta, you will lead and grow a dynamic engineering organization focused on evolving and scaling our Product & Growth platform areas, driving innovation and shaping the technical future of our products.

Requirements

• 7+ years of engineering leadership experience in complex products.
• Experience leading and scaling engineering organizations of 35+.
• Passion for leading and coaching teams.
• Strong business acumen and understanding of platform principles.
• Effective decision-maker balancing ambiguity and quality.
• Strong communication and storytelling skills.
• Ability to operate at multiple altitudes from strategy to execution.
