Manager, Clinical Services - Remote

Overview

The Manager, Clinical Services oversees a set of Counselling programs in the Youth Unit and is accountable to the Senior Manager of Clinical Services. The Youth Unit serves youth (12 to 29 years of age) and their families in the east end of Toronto with a mission to empower youth to make positive change.

Requirements

• M.A. in Psychology, M.S.W. or equivalent.
• Registration with a professional regulatory body.
• 2 years of supervisory experience in mental health or social services.
• Knowledge in trauma-informed therapy for at-risk adolescents.
• Experience in managing teams in a unionized environment is an asset.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work with diverse client and staff groups.
• Proficiency in MS Office and client data management software.
• Leadership skills to coach and mentor staff.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
