Requirements

• Minimum two years of experience in case management.
• Experience working with women facing homelessness or violence.
• Strong knowledge of career planning and job search techniques.
• Demonstrated intervention and crisis management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage a caseload.
• Excellent documentation and computer skills.
• Knowledge of community resources and social services.
• Collaboration and teamwork skills are essential.
