Requirements

  • 5–8+ years in account management or customer success.
  • Exceptional relationship management and communication skills.
  • Experience with public agencies.
  • Strong project management capabilities.
  • Data-driven approach to drive adoption and growth.
  • Bonus: experience with local or state government agencies.
