Provider Onboarding Manager - Remote

Overview

The Provider Onboarding Manager at Wonderschool will work directly with providers to ensure a smooth onboarding experience, from recruitment to account setup and training on the platform.

In Short

• Manage the onboarding process for child care providers.
• Train providers on the Wonderschool platform and products.
• Assist providers in growing their businesses.
• Log interactions and notes in CRM (HubSpot).
• Recruit child care providers for coaching and tool usage.
• Encourage providers to become self-sufficient in using Wonderschool’s products.
• Collaborate with sales, customer support, and engineering teams.
• Contribute to a positive team culture.
• Willingness to travel approximately 25% of the time.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in onboarding, customer service, or account management.
• Comfort with high volume customer interactions.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM.
• Embodiment of company values such as empathy, adaptability, and problem-solving.
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred.
