Overview

As a Drive Account Development Manager at Wolt, you will be responsible for creating new sales opportunities and ensuring the success of Wolt Drive in the Slovak and Czech markets.

In Short

  • Assist with sales growth in Slovak and Czech markets.
  • Reach out to potential new partners.
  • Handle Drive-related cases via various communication channels.
  • Assist with onboarding and training.
  • Collect and transfer invoices to the accounting team.
  • Help implement new features.
  • Work with middleware partners.
  • Monitor business venues and address issues.
  • Occasionally travel to Slovakia for meetings.

Requirements

  • Experience in e-commerce or customer service roles.
  • Experience in account management is a plus.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Structured and service-oriented mentality.
  • Ability to take initiative in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to travel to Slovakia.
  • Fluency in Czech or Slovak and English.
