Samsara is seeking a talented and driven Account Development Manager to lead our team, impacting industries that run our world through coaching and developing others in a fast-paced environment.

In Short

  • Lead a team of 8-10 Mid Market Development Representatives (ADRs).
  • Focus on coaching and mentoring to exceed sales goals.
  • Manage inbound and outbound sales prospecting.
  • Collaborate with Sales Leadership to optimize pipeline.
  • Utilize company tools to enhance ADR performance.
  • Promote Samsara’s cultural principles.
  • 3+ years of sales experience required.
  • 1+ years of team management experience required.
  • Deep understanding of SFDC is essential.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid model, 3 days in office.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of sales experience.
  • 1+ years experience managing a team.
  • Strategic problem-solving and project management skills.
  • Deep understanding of SFDC.
  • Proven ability to train and mentor.
  • Management experience in SaaS or IoT space.
  • Strong desire to coach.
  • Ability to travel to the Phoenix office 3 days per week.
