Overview

The Area Sales Manager for Central America & Mexico is responsible for driving sales growth, strengthening relationships with existing customers, and identifying new business opportunities.

In Short

  • Drive sales growth in Central America & Mexico.
  • Manage key accounts and develop relationships with existing customers.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities.
  • Negotiate pricing and agreements.
  • Work with regional and cross-functional teams.
  • Provide training and support to distributors.
  • Analyze and report sales performance.
  • Fluency in Spanish and English required.
  • 5+ years of experience in B2B sales.
  • Willingness to travel extensively.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Experience in the independent automotive aftermarket.
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
  • Experience managing distributors.
  • Strong analytical skills for market intelligence.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and self-motivated.
  • Ability to develop and implement strategic sales plans.
  • Experience in Central America & Mexico.
  • Ability to commute to HQ in Belgium quarterly.
  • Fluency in Portuguese is a plus.
