In Short
Responsible for product and sales coaching for dealers and clients.
Develop and implement short and long-term strategies to drive results.
Provide hands-on training and evaluation to achieve corporate objectives.
Maintain strong business relationships with clients.
Prospect, recruit, and onboard new dealers.
Work with marketing to launch recruiting campaigns.
Attend tradeshows and leverage social media for dealer success.
Travel required 70% of the time.
Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Conduct business meetings with dealers to assess needs and drive production.
Requirements
Experience in sales management and coaching.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Ability to develop strategic business plans.
Knowledge of market trends and economic indicators.
Experience in recruiting and onboarding sales teams.
Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
Ability to build and maintain relationships.
