DSI is a sales enablement company that has an immediate career opportunity for a motivated individual to fill one of our key roles as an Area Sales Manager for our Door to Door (D2D) sales channel.

In Short

• Responsible for providing product and sales coaching.
• Develop and implement short and long-term strategies.
• Provide hands-on training and evaluation.
• Maintain strong business relationships with clients.
• Prospect, recruit, and onboard new dealers.
• Work with marketing to launch recruiting campaigns.
• Attend tradeshows and leverage social media.
• Travel required 70% of the time.
• Live in or near specified Texas cities.
• Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

• Experience in sales management and coaching.
