Overview

We're hiring a proactive and results-driven Account Manager to spearhead the growth and activation of our lubricants brands, Wolf and Champion, in Poland.

In Short

  • Collaborate with distributors and key accounts to develop and execute strategies that drive sales, brand awareness, and market share growth.
  • Actively engage with garages, workshops, and distributor branches to promote product sell-out, provide technical training, and address customer needs.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, expanding the customer base in the garage and workshop segments.
  • Partner with the marketing team and distributors to execute localized campaigns, support new product launches, and represent the company at fairs and exhibitions.
  • Foster alignment between distributors, garages, and internal teams to achieve business goals, monitor market trends, and share actionable insights to refine strategies.

Requirements

  • Strong drive to achieve objectives and deliver measurable results.
  • Skilled at developing and nurturing strong, trust-based relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Deep understanding of the automotive aftermarket or lubricants industry in Poland.
  • Experienced in setting and achieving sales targets, negotiating agreements, and identifying cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
  • Ability to deliver technical training and guidance to distributors and customers.
