Overview

We're hiring a proactive and results-driven Account Manager to spearhead the growth and activation of our lubricants brands, Wolf and Champion, in Turkey.

In Short

  • Manage distributor relationships and co-develop strategies to drive sales.
  • Engage with garages, workshops, and retailers to promote product sell-out.
  • Train and manage the activities of the territorial sales force.
  • Partner with marketing to execute localized campaigns.
  • Monitor competition and submit reports to the Country Manager.
  • Support the establishment of Wolf Oil as a known brand in Turkey.
  • Requires a minimum of 3 days of travel per week in Turkey.
  • Fluency in Turkish and English is required.
  • B class driving license is necessary.
  • No military obligation.

Requirements

  • Strong sales expertise and relationship-building skills.
  • Deep understanding of the automotive aftermarket industry.
  • Experience in achieving sales targets and negotiating agreements.
  • Ability to deliver technical training and guidance.
  • Potential and ambition to take on greater responsibilities.
