The Corporate Senior Vice President of Growth and Client Success for WNS Procurement is a key member of the senior leadership team, responsible for managing the P&L for North America and driving revenue growth while ensuring client delivery excellence.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Supply Chain, or related field preferred.
  • 10+ years of leadership experience in sales or operations.
  • 5+ years’ experience in Procurement.
  • Proven track record of selling to executives in the Procurement services market.
  • Ability to build relationships with C-level decision-makers.
  • Experience in driving high-performing sales teams.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
