Senior Vice President of Corporate Social Responsibility - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Vice President of Corporate Social Responsibility (SVP, CSR) to join our executive team. The SVP, CSR will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing strategies that align our business objectives with our commitment to social responsibility. This position will focus on enhancing our CSR initiatives, fostering sustainable business practices, and leveraging our outreach capabilities to drive positive social and environmental impact.

• Develop and execute a comprehensive CSR strategy.
• Integrate CSR initiatives into the company’s overall business strategy.
• Lead the development of innovative cold outreach strategies.
• Oversee the planning, execution, and evaluation of CSR programs.
• Engage with internal and external stakeholders to promote CSR initiatives.
• Develop and manage CSR reporting processes.
• Lead and mentor the CSR team.
• Identify and cultivate partnerships with NGOs and community organizations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or related field; Master’s preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in CSR or public relations.
• Proven track record of developing successful CSR strategies.
• Strong understanding of CSR best practices and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lead teams and manage multiple projects.
• Experience in cold business outreach is desirable.
• Passionate about social responsibility and sustainability.
