Overview

The Senior Account Executive (SAE) role is responsible for prospecting and closing sales to new customers to achieve budgeted sales goals while managing existing business relationships.

In Short

  • Responsible for maintaining and growing billable value in assigned accounts.
  • Initiate business-to-business sales relationships.
  • Prospect and close sales opportunities to achieve budgeted sales goals.
  • Manage prospects and maintain sales pipeline.
  • Prevent customer account losses and grow billable value.
  • Increase revenue and profitability through retention calls.
  • Establish and maintain high customer satisfaction.
  • Propose customer solutions compliant with regulations.
  • Communicate effectively with Area Sales Managers.
  • Work closely with Plant Managers to achieve goals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or High School Diploma/GED with 4 years of relevant experience.
  • 4 years of experience in direct business-to-business sales.
  • Strong relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to communicate with impact and professionalism.
  • Demonstrated adaptability and strategic thinking.
  • Proficient in negotiation and problem-solving.
  • Proficient with computer and software applications.
