Overview

This position is remote but prefers candidates living in the Houston, TX area. We are seeking a strategic and analytical HR Analytics Business Partner with a focus on Learning & Leadership Development to drive the evaluation and continuous improvement of our learning programs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • 5+ years of experience in Learning & Development.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI).
  • Familiarity with LMS platforms.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Certification in learning evaluation preferred.
  • Experience with adult learning theory and instructional design.
  • Knowledge of change management.
  • Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
  • Experience with statistical analysis methods.
