Overview

The HR Business Partner - Learning & Development (HRBP-LD) serves as a strategic partner to leadership within a defined region, providing HR guidance and support to drive business objectives. This role is responsible for aligning HR initiatives with business strategies, fostering a positive work culture, and ensuring compliance with company policies and employment laws. Additionally, this role leads training and development programs to enhance associate performance, career growth, and retention company wide.

Requirements

• Experience in designing and implementing training programs.
• Strong knowledge of adult learning principles.
• Experience in employee relations and talent management.
• Exceptional organizational skills.
• Proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to travel 30-40% within the designated region.
