The Learning and Development Partner will design, implement, and evaluate training programs to enhance employee skills and performance, collaborating with various departments to foster a culture of continuous learning.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in learning and development or instructional design.
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles.
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
  • Proficiency in learning management systems and e-learning tools.
  • Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
