Overview

As a Technical Account Manager (TAM) at Wiz, you will be responsible for driving customer adoption of the Wiz platform by providing both strategic and hands-on technical guidance throughout the customer journey.

In Short

  • Drive customer adoption and use of the Wiz platform.
  • Provide expert guidance on deployment and operational best practices.
  • Develop trusted advisor relationships with customer stakeholders.
  • Help customers create Success Plans and measure their KPIs.
  • Collaborate with Engineering and Support to resolve technical escalations.
  • Advocate for customer needs across various departments.
  • Work with Sales to secure contract renewals and expand usage.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the Wiz platform and cloud security threats.
  • Contribute to workshops to help customers unlock the full value of Wiz.
  • Be part of a collaborative team that values innovation and excellence.

Requirements

  • 3+ years in technical customer-facing roles.
  • Strong understanding of cloud services and security best practices.
  • Familiarity with container technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot issues.
  • Proven track record of building relationships with enterprise clients.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • B.S. in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
