In Short

  • Manage a team of sales leaders in a defined geographical territory.

  • Stay updated with industry trends and inform sales strategies.
  • Manage the sales pipeline and report on performance to leadership.

Requirements

  • 10+ years' experience managing a team of enterprise account executives.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze sales data for strategy improvement.
  • Knowledge of sales and marketing best practices.
  • Experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Familiarity with MEDDIC/Force Management methodologies.
