• Manage day-to-day People Operations programs.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of HR Generalist or People Operations experience.
• Knowledge of multi-state employment law.
• Experience in recruiting and employee relations.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace; ATS and HCM familiarity is a plus.
• Preference for candidates in Central or Mountain time zones.
