• Support global and regional HR initiatives across various time zones.

Requirements

• Relevant HR Generalist experience in a global technology company.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of Canada employment laws; US laws knowledge is a plus.
• Proven ability to manage competing priorities.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Interest in utilizing data for HR recommendations.
• Proactive problem-solving approach with attention to detail.
• A curiosity and growth mindset for continuous learning.
• Proficiency with HR systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
