HR Generalist Contractor - Remote

Overview

The HR Generalist Contractor will focus on employee relations and engagement, performing diverse and confidential functions for the Global Human Resources Department.

In Short

• Work schedule is Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week.
• Initial training requires daily in-office attendance; thereafter, work from home on Wednesdays through Fridays.
• Position may convert to a full-time employee.
• Role involves addressing employee concerns and mediating conflicts.
• Facilitate training sessions for performance evaluations and goal setting.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and maintain employee records.
• Coordinate new hire training and support employee development.
• Communicate company policies and updates to employees.
• Manage global organization charts and leave of absence requests.
• Process invoices and compile employee data for communications.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in an Administrative or HR role.
• Knowledge of US HR policies and procedures.
• Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented and organized with excellent customer service skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Proficient in prioritizing and multi-tasking.
