Release Train Engineer - Remote

Overview

The Release Train Engineer will lead Agile Release Trains in the Identity and Access Management field, ensuring effective implementation of SAFe methodologies and alignment across multiple teams.

In Short

• Lead Agile Release Trains (ARTs) through SAFe implementation.
• Act as the escalation point for impediments and risks.
• Coordinate across multiple scrum teams for alignment.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders.
• Facilitate ART level ceremonies.
• Coach and mentor scrum masters.
• Create reporting metrics and dashboards.
• Remove impediments affecting team execution.
• Oversee execution of Agile Release Trains.
• Ensure effective delivery of features and capabilities.

Requirements

• 15 years of experience in Information Technology.
• 10 years as a scrum master.
• 5 years as a Release Train Engineer.
• SAFe RTE certification.
• SAFe Program Consultant Certification preferred.
• Experience in agile transformation and coaching.
• Proficient with Azure DevOps.
• Ability to create reporting metrics.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field.
• Excellent relationship building skills.
