Release Train Engineer - Remote

In Short

• Track and communicate team capacity and velocity, as well as backlog refinement and demo progress.
• Facilitate discussion and conflict resolution to improve team productivity.
• Update Jira and other systems for transparency on product and sprint backlogs.
• Assist the team in making commitments through story selection and task definition.
• Oversee scope management tasks and support change management activities.
• Manage compliance activities and prepare for milestone reviews.
• Plan, facilitate, and manage program processes and execution.
• Identify, manage, and mitigate risks and dependencies across the Agile Release Train.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement through retrospectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in information technology or related disciplines.
• Professional Certifications: Certified Scrum Master (CSM) and SAFe Agilist 6.0 certification.
• 7+ years of relevant experience in Agile and Scrum.
• Experience with Agile tools such as Jira and Confluence.
• Strong interpersonal and team collaboration skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and show initiative.
