Release Train Engineer - Remote

Overview

As a Release Train Engineer at VivSoft, you will facilitate key events and coach teams to enhance their effectiveness in a collaborative environment focused on solving complex federal problems.

In Short

• Lead and facilitate Program Increment (PI) planning and system demos.
• Act as a servant leader to the Agile Release Train (ART).
• Identify and manage risks and dependencies.
• Assist teams in identifying and resolving impediments.
• Maintain clear communication across multiple ARTs.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement.

Requirements

• USDA Public Trust Clearance required.
• 5+ years of experience in a Release Train Engineer role.
• Strong understanding of SAFe principles and practices.
• Excellent facilitation, coaching, and mentoring skills.
• Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience with government contracts is preferable.
• Familiarity with USDA operations is a plus.
• SAFe RTE certification is highly desirable.
