Overview

The HR Program Assistant will support the Education Assistance Program by managing team member cases, processing reimbursements, coordinating registrations, and facilitating payroll interactions related to educational benefits.

In Short

  • Serve as a point of contact for team members in the education assistance program.
  • Track and manage individual cases from submission through completion.
  • Review and verify documentation for tuition and fee reimbursements.
  • Coordinate with finance and payroll teams for accurate payment processing.
  • Assist team members with course registration processes.
  • Maintain records of approved institutions, programs, and courses.
  • Collaborate with payroll for accurate tax treatment of reimbursements.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline processes for the employee experience.
  • Support data collection and reporting for program evaluation.
  • Assist in updating program materials and FAQs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in program administration or HR operations.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience with ServiceNow or case management systems.
  • Familiarity with payroll processes and education reimbursement policies.
