Production Assistant - Remote

Overview

Jellyfish is looking for a Production Assistant to join our team. You will support one of our main clients, a global fashion and sports brand, working with a dedicated 22+ person team.

In Short

• Support day-to-day operations for a global fashion and sports brand.
• Act as the finance authority on the finance process.
• Manage production job numbers, timesheets, and briefs.
• Ensure all team meetings and onboarding processes are up to date.
• Be the main point of contact for PO requests.
• Provide solutions for the operating model.
• Support Travel and Expense policies.
• Manage onboarding of new starters.
• Consolidate Business Affairs paperwork.
• General administrative tasks related to production.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of professional experience in a related field.
• Experience in the sports or fashion industry.
