Event Production Assistant - Remote

Overview

The Event Production Assistant will join our existing event production department and take a key role in managing the logistical needs of our production calendar for both live and virtual events.

• Manage logistical needs for live and virtual events.
• Provide highly responsive service via email, phone, and face-to-face communication.
• Organize administration of live event production.
• Manage A/V teams on visual and audio production needs.
• Review and manage rental orders and vendor requirements.
• Create venue layouts and detailed run-of-show schedules.
• Assist in production of virtual events on platforms like Zoom & Hopin.
• Set up templates and manage schedules for virtual events.
• Ensure staffing of key roles for events.
• Focus on high-quality production values.

Requirements

• Experience in producing complex events.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Familiarity with event production software.
