HR Generalist (Contractor) - Remote

Overview

The HR Generalist (Contractor) will serve as a key point of contact for employees, assisting them with HR-related inquiries and supporting various HR functions while working remotely.

• Serve as the first point of contact for HR questions and support.

Requirements

• B.A. or B.S. in Human Resources or relevant certifications (PHR, SPHR, SHRM).
• 3-5 years of experience in Human Resources.
• Good knowledge of employment/labor laws.
• Experience working with multi-state employment preferred.
• Solid technology skills, particularly in MS Office.
• Ability to work from home and non-standard hours as necessary.
