Overview

As a Business Development Manager at Wisr, you will be responsible for increasing market presence and nurturing relationships with finance brokers and loan introducers, working remotely from Brisbane while being connected to the Sydney Head Office.

In Short

  • Manage and support existing broker relationships across Queensland.
  • Identify, onboard, and develop new brokers and aggregators.
  • Build and develop relationships with broker aggregators.
  • Provide product feedback to inform business strategy.
  • Contribute to the strategy for consumer loans within the broker community.
  • Travel 2-3 days a week for face-to-face meetings.
  • Attend networking events and conferences.
  • Support internal stakeholders with initiatives and projects.
  • Work towards individual and team business targets.

Requirements

  • Experience as a Business Development Manager in the finance industry.
  • Ability to build strong client relationships.
  • Familiarity with Wisr’s products.
  • Proactive and target-driven personality.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Exceptional time management skills.
  • Own car and valid Australian Drivers’ License.
