Overview

We are searching for an additional Sales Manager to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a fully remote position and the successful individual could be based anywhere in Canada. You will lead a team of Account Executives and will be in charge of hitting revenue targets, hiring, training, and maintaining closing rates across the team.

In Short

  • Lead a team of Account Executives.
  • Ensure monthly and quarterly revenue targets are met.
  • Submit weekly performance reports to the Leadership Team.
  • Conduct ongoing demo reviews with Account Executives.
  • Organize training sessions for the sales team.
  • Hire and train new Account Executives.
  • Assist with sales operations and CRM activities.
  • Collaborate with project management on new packages.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training.
  • Work in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role.
  • Strong negotiation skills and a track record of performance.
  • Detail-oriented and creative.
  • Self-motivated with a client-first mentality.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Technical and analytical skills.
  • Strong writing and communication skills.
  • Fluent in English; knowledge of a second language is a plus.
