• We are looking for a hands-on Principal software engineer.
• Develop microservices and web applications for data collection and matching processes.
• Work on the next generation consolidated Matching platform.
• Implement domain driven design, event sourcing, and CQRS.
• Focus on distributed system design, optimization, and data integration challenges.
• Collaborate with product teams, peers, and infrastructure.
• Deliver high-quality code and improve the codebase.
• Ensure clear communication across teams.
• Guide and coach engineering teams on software design principles.
• Participate in an on-call rotation for critical system issues.

Requirements

• BS in Computer Science or related technical field.
• 12+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Experience in a Principal Engineer or equivalent senior technical leadership role.
• Strong coding background in multiple languages.
• Proficient with front-end and server-side code.
• Experience with relational and unstructured data.
• Proficient with Linux and cloud computing (AWS).
• Outstanding organizational and relationship building skills.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing business needs.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
