• Work with IT professionals, vendors, and process owners on ServiceNow applications.
• Implement ITSM Operations and HRSD with deep knowledge of ServiceNow.
• Lead customer kickoff calls and requirements sessions.
• Provide technical assessments and documentation.
• Collaborate on platform upgrades and technical strategies.
• Assist in developing interfaces between customer systems and ServiceNow.
• Foster continuous improvement by sharing knowledge with the team.
• Be responsible for overall delivery of the product/module.
• Communicate effectively with customers on technical and non-technical terms.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience with ServiceNow solutions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to provide technical leadership and guidance.
• ServiceNow ITSM Certification CIS, Data Foundations, CSDM, and HRSD.
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer Certification (nice to have).
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
