Senior ServiceNow Consultant - Asset ITAM/HAM/SAM/EAM - Remote

In Short

• Participate in all technical aspects of delivering complex customer solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
• Advise clients on best practices within the ServiceNow platform.
• Ensure compliance with relevant standards (e.g., FedRAMP, DoD IL-4/IL-5).
• Collaborate with virtual functional teams to achieve project goals.
• Contribute on multiple Agile engagements, enhancing project efficiency.
• Demonstrate flexibility in various project roles including documentation and training.
• Identify reusable solutions for future engagements.
• Keep ServiceNow skills current and contribute to thought leadership.

Requirements

• 5 years of experience implementing ServiceNow, specifically ITAM, HAM, SAM, and EAM.
• Comprehensive understanding of SN Hardware Asset Management and Software Asset Management.
• Experience implementing SAM SaaS connections and contract lifecycle management.
• Experience with complex license metrics and software spend detection.
• Demonstrated experience in at least one other area of ServiceNow.
• Broad experience implementing related Core Process Areas to asset management.
• Experience in Integrations, SAMP, HAM, EAM, Contracts, CMDB.
• Experience working with Agile teams in a virtual environment.
• A passion for advising customers on product features.
• A love of working in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
