Overview

Responsible for the administration and fiduciary management of complex trust relationships within client relationships.

In Short

  • Administer complex trust relationships for clients.
  • Serve as primary contact for clients regarding trust matters.
  • Manage risk and exercise fiduciary discretion.
  • Develop and implement trust solutions for wealth clients.
  • Communicate with client teams to ensure service quality.
  • Oversee new account opening processes.
  • Build strong client relationships to enhance satisfaction and retention.
  • Maintain knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Support market efforts to develop new trust business.
  • Mentor less experienced staff in trust administration.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 7 years’ experience in fiduciary accounts.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in investment knowledge and asset allocation strategies.
  • Experience in attracting and retaining client relationships.
  • Good organizational and planning skills.
  • High level of integrity and professionalism.
  • CTFA certification preferred.
  • Juris Doctor or Master's degree preferred.
  • Experience in fiduciary business decision-making.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
