Overview

Assists with limited aspects of Global Capital Markets trust or entity administration and servicing of high net-worth private and institutional clients.

In Short

  • Serves as point of contact for clients regarding routine daily administration.
  • Processes transactions including cash disbursements and account balances.
  • Supports Relationship Manager with oversight of client relationships.
  • Fosters client relationships and resolves client requests.
  • Manages relationships with internal and external service partners.
  • Maintains industry knowledge and articulates it internally and externally.
  • Understands and adheres to company risk and regulatory standards.
  • Provides support to team members as requested.
  • Demonstrates strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Completes other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years higher education and/or work experience.
  • Focus on customer service and satisfaction.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or Accounting preferred.
  • Experience with pertinent software applications.
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
  • Demonstrated analytical ability.
  • Ability to build trust with clients.
  • Self-confident and professional demeanor.
  • Ability to maintain integrity and professionalism.
