Customer Success Manager - ERP ENER:GY - Remote

Overview

You will be the central contact person for our clients in the energy sector, guiding them in their daily operations regarding the use of Wilken ENER:GY and Wilken P/5W. Your focus will be on communication, coordination, and maintaining a stable and trustworthy customer relationship.

• Advise and support customers on the application of our ERP solutions in daily operations.
• Maintain ongoing contact and proactively inform about updates and regulatory changes.
• Plan and moderate technical discussions between customers and internal experts.
• Systematically gather customer needs and coordinate their implementation with internal teams.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction and a sustainable, resilient customer relationship.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of practical experience in the energy and utility sector, ideally with an energy supplier, municipal utility, or network operator.
• Understanding of how municipal utilities and energy suppliers operate, decide, and prioritize.
• Basic understanding of IT systems and their application in daily business.
• Strong communication skills, empathy, and confidence in dealing with various stakeholders.
• Structured and independent work style while keeping an overview among many participants.
