Overview

You will support municipal utilities and energy suppliers in the professional implementation and further development of market communication within our ERP billing solution ENER:GY, focusing on regulatory compliance, stable processes, and secure execution in daily operations.

In Short

• You advise customers on market communication with Wilken ENER:GY in daily operations.
• You analyze, design, and optimize market processes such as GPKE, GeLi Gas, WiM, or MPES.
• You implement technical requirements in the system (customizing, automation, process representation).
• You accompany regulatory changes and support the introduction of new market processes.
• You plan and moderate workshops and technical coordination with customers and internal teams.

Requirements

• You have at least 2 years of practical experience in market communication in the energy sector.
• You possess a solid understanding of GPKE, GeLi Gas, WiM, and MPES.
• You know data formats of market communication and how to use EDIFACT, AHB, and AS4.
• You have a good understanding of IT systems, data structures, and process representation.
• You communicate confidently with customers and work in a structured, responsible, and solution-oriented manner.
