• Support clients in implementing the 24-hour supplier change and other market-relevant processes.
• Collaborate with the ERP team and developers to create solutions for complex market communication requirements.
• Act as a contact point for all topics related to market communication and ensure timely implementation of legal changes.
• Conduct workshops and training on market communication topics.
• Participate in projects involving the introduction of new processes and systems.
• Provide technical and professional consulting and support the implementation of the nts.suite software.

Requirements

• Solid knowledge in market communication of the energy industry, especially in the area of 24-hour supplier change.
• Experience in consulting and the ability to convey complex relationships understandably.
• Strong communication skills and enjoyment in working with clients.
• Ability to work independently and take on responsibility.
• Experience with ERP systems and knowledge of the technical implementation of market communication processes is an advantage.
• Flexibility, openness, and enjoyment of working in a dynamic environment.
• Willingness to travel (approximately once a month).
