Overview

The TEHORA group is currently seeking a Communication and Marketing Consultant (Tender) with excellent technical skills and knowledge who wishes to leverage their expertise within a versatile team.

In Short

• Analyze tenders and compile requirements to ensure compliance of the service offer at submission.
• Plan the assembly of the service offer with the responsible engineers (content, format, specific characteristics, production schedule, etc.).
• Produce required documents for text input from responsible engineers and perform grammatical and spelling corrections.
• Research relevant project sheets for the ongoing service offer.
• Assemble organizational charts included in the service offer, produce cover pages and other graphic documents contained in the service offer, and get all these documents approved by the project manager.
• Carry out the final assembly of the service offer and produce the required number of copies.
• Ensure delivery of the service offer within the required deadlines.
• Perform any other related tasks deemed relevant to the position.
