Overview

TEHORA is currently seeking a Recruitment Officer with excellent technical skills and knowledge who wishes to leverage their expertise within a versatile team.

In Short

  • Conduct the full staffing process in collaboration with managers (needs assessment, job posting, CV screening, candidate selection, phone interviews, virtual interviews, sending entry tests, and sending the employment contract);
  • Establish recruitment priorities and rigorously follow up on ongoing mandates;
  • Follow up with non-selected candidates regarding their applications;
  • Feed candidate pools and qualify candidates for future needs;
  • Identify passive candidates on LinkedIn and generate their interest;
  • Have a perfect mastery of recruitment on social networks and establish a presence on LinkedIn with active and passive candidates;
  • Analyze candidates' skills according to business needs;
  • Advise and support managers during interviews and candidate selection;
  • Propose and implement solutions for talent attraction and acquisition (search strategies, external visibility, and appropriate recruitment sources);
  • Stay up to date with new market trends (job postings, interview templates, psychometric tests).

Requirements

  • Excellent technical skills and knowledge in recruitment;
  • Experience in full-cycle recruitment;
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Proficiency in using LinkedIn for recruitment;
  • Ability to analyze candidate skills effectively;
  • Knowledge of market trends in recruitment;
  • Experience in advising hiring managers;
  • Strong organizational skills;
  • Ability to work in a team environment;
  • Fluency in English and Spanish.
